Short Form Video
The short form video is featured on our TikTok, Facebook and Instagram Reels. This type of video is filmed in portrait and is between 30-60 seconds long. We focus solely the unique selling points of your home, whether it be a stunning view, beautiful garden or stylish living space. A presenter will introduce the property and send the cameraman in to show off your home. During the editing process, the footage will be cut together to create a short, snappy video to draw the most attention to the best bits of your home. Trending music gets placed on top which means it can be seen along with some of the most popular videos on the platform.
Long Form Video
The long form video is, you guessed it, much longer! In this video, we showcase the entire home, tailored in a unique way that’s personal to the property. The video is filmed in landscape and comprises of a bespoke tour of the property. Hosted by a knowledgeable presenter, we create a unique tour with extra pieces of information about the surrounding area, and a peek into what kind of lifestyle the property explores. This footage is then cut together to create a seamless tour, with calming music on top to create the most enjoyable experience. The video is crafted for our YouTube page and your Rightmove listing to help attract the perfect buyer.
