Welcome to the first newsletter for Hull Gregson Hull Dorchester! We are so excited to share the fantastic developments we have been making in our new Dorchester Branch this month!
From getting our office set up, our first sales and lettings property on our portfolio, new starters joining, to agreeing our first sale and let. It has been quite the exciting month!
OUR SALES TEAM
This month has been an incredible first month for our sales team. Our sales team consists of Beth Williams-Brian, Sales Manager and Lily Price, Sales Negotiator. This month they have conducted 15 Market Appraisals, taken on 6 properties, carried out over 30 viewings and agreed a sale.
OUR LETTINGS TEAM
This has been a brilliant starting month for our lettings manager, Jasmine Cluett. We have agreed our first two lets. Lettings has equally been as busy with enquires from Landlords and Tenants alike, combined with lots of lettings valuations.

OUT IN THE COMMUNITY
This month we have been busy networking and meeting new faces in the community.
Our Dorchester office hosted Women In Business and met a wonderful group of women and made some great connections for ourselves and the business.
We also went for to a Total Business Networking Event, in which The Fox at Ansty hosted a lovely event & brunch in which we networked with lots of professional business owners which forged connections to the local community.
OFFICE GRAND OPENING EVENT
On Saturday 5th July we are hosting our opening event. You are all welcome to join us for a nibble and to raise a glass to celebrate our new office.
The event starts at 12:30pm with the grand ribbon cutting being done at 1:30pm, so make sure you come down to experience this!
