As Hull Gregson Hull Portland continues to grow and evolve, so does our wonderful team. We’re proud of the people behind our service – the faces who greet our clients, guide them through their property journey, and represent our values every day. That’s why we’re especially excited to introduce two fantastic new starters who have recently joined our Portland office: Millie and Andy. Their enthusiasm, experience, and fresh perspectives make them brilliant additions to the HGH family.

Andrew McDermott
Senior Sales Negotiator
Andrew is a highly accomplished estate agent who has worked in property for over five years. His journey through the industry has been marked by consistent growth, dedication, and a real flair for delivering outstanding results, working across the local areas including Portland, Weymouth and Dorchester.

He’s widely recognised for his professionalism, polished presentation, and sense of humour — traits that make him a trusted and approachable figure in a competitive market. A family man of four children and long term partner, Andrew understands what truly matters when your are seeking your forever home.

Millie Gray
Trainee Sales Negotiator
Millie is our newest member of the team but has a background in multiple customers facing roles and strives to provide customers the best experience they can possibly have. Millie has recently graduated from Bournemouth University, where she studied English, receiving a First Class Degree. Millie prides herself in being very approachable, hardworking, and organised. Millie has an experienced background in marketing, meaning she can continue HGH to grow and offer our clients the very best level of exposure for their homes.
In her spare time Millie can be seen running many miles around the stunning Portland Coastal paths. When she is at home resting from her many miles runs, she can be found enjoying a good book or spending time with friends and family. Millie lives on the Island of Portland, growing up and going to school locally, meaning she has a wealth of local knowledge.
