From our opening event, getting properties on our portfolio and agreeing sales. It has been another exciting month!
OUR SALES TEAM
We have had a brilliant month in sales. We have listed 5 new sales properties and successfully agreed 3 sales. With many valuations and viewings booked in the diary we are excited to continue this success!
OUR LETTINGS TEAM
We have had a fantastic start in the lettings department. We have thoroughly enjoyed meeting lots of great local landlords and tenants. In celebration of our opening we rolled out our summer campaign offering 3 months free management with an additional 3% off our monthly commission fee. OUR GRAND OPENING
On Saturday 5th July we had the Grand Opening for our Dorchester Office.
We had a terrific turn out from family, friends and clients. We would like to thank our special guest, Anthony Harrison, Dorchester Town Crier. From walking around Poundbury making everyone aware of our opening event, to officially declaring our office open, he made our event extremely special! We had another surprise appearance from Nicky Stevenson, Managing Director of Fine & Country. Nicky also recently starred in Channel 4’s Britain’s Most Expensive Homes! What an honour that she was able to attend our event!
It was an amazing turnout for our opening event!

A BIG THANK YOU TO LOCAL BUSINESSES
We would like to extend a very big thank you to Bonjour and Crossroads for providing the most wonderful spread of food for our event.
Bonjour, located on Babeny Walk in Poundbury, provided a range of fresh baguette topped with an variety of homemade toppings from meat to fish and vegetarian, they also served an assortment of vol-au-vents.
Crossroads, located in Crown Square, spoilt us with a range of fresh meats and cheeses with crackers, bread and hummus to accompany. As well as fresh bruschetta with a variety of toppings, olives and filled tomatoes.
We are so lucky to be surrounded but such talented local businesses!
