We put our property on the market with Hull Gregson Hull, Portland in November 2024, and sold STC within a week. We have now exchanged contracts. Although this could have been quicker due to one particular solicitor causing unnecessary delay, HGH were patient and supportive throughout. Their dedication, proactivity and expertise is second to none. We were impressed with them from the first moment we met them. Their sales record speaks for itself. Every single team member not only have been professional but have also been open, honest and friendly. Special mentions for Sam who guided us through the process expertly and with patience, Mike for the initial meeting and advice on when to walk away from a particular offer that was unlikely to progress, and Alexis for her honesty and local knowledge. Also to Paul for showing us around our new home and Shay for his help. We are hoping to never move again, but if we do, then we will only ever use Hull Gregson Hull.
